The Grand 4 bedroom villa Linatela is a fully equipped two floor villa with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private swimming pool.

This villa is spread over two floors, with the main living areas at the entry level.

On the first floor there is a well appointed spacious living room, with feature stone fireplace and comfortable seating.

The living room adjoins an open space formal dining area and a separate kitchen with direct access to a pergola shaded balcony, with outdoor dining set.

There are approximately 7 steps of an exterior staircase that lead from the kitchen to the pool deck.

The pool deck extends to a spacious pergola-shaded sitting/dining area, ideal for outdoor dining or a cool 

sunset drink.

On returning to the main hall there is a marble staircase that leads to the ground floor and main sleeping area.
