Ideales Resort was completed in 2009 and is situated in southwest Kefalonia, in the lush area of Trapezaki (Lourdata), only 12km from Argostoli (the Capital). At 500 m there are restaurants and a mini market. At 2km there are wonderful sandy beaches with crystal clear water.

The Deluxe 3 bedroom villa Telina is a fully equipped two floor villa with 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private swimming pool.

This villa is built on three levels. The middle floor is at ground level.

The entrance of the villa is on the middle floor and it leads to a living area with comfortable seating and a corner study, a double bedroom (with a built-in wardrobe) and a family bathroom. The living area and the bedroom access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking view. The balcony offers an outdoor sitting area with loungers.

A set of stairs leads to the upper floor/loft area, where a second bedroom is located. A second bathroom serves this room. 

A marble staircase from the main hall leads to the downstairs main living space of the villa.

This floor consists of an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen.

A third bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor. This bedroom directly accesses the pool area.

Another bathroom is accessible just off the living room.

The modern open-plan kitchen accesses an outdoor shaded dining/sitting area and the poolside. The outdoor dining/sitting area offers a wooden dining table and benches and 2 sofas.
